Housing Markets Will Roar Back in 2009

It's going to be easier to qualify for a mortgage, especially when it's a conventional loan. That's going to make a home purchase possible for more people.
There's also a great deal of hope that the swelling tide of foreclosures will be brought under control. Policy makers are planning alternatives to foreclosures.
