Nine Condominiums New to Market
These condos are located in the Mid-Cambridge, Riverside, West Cambridge, Cambridgeport, East Cambridge, North Cambridge, Huron Village and Radcliffe neighborhoode. They range in price from $289,000 for a 1-bedroom condo in a well-loved English Tudor Revival brick courtyard complex on Dana Hill in Mid-Cambridge to $819,000 for a completely renovated 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath duplex with parking in the Radcliffe neighborhood. One of these nine condos is already under agreement!

Fifteen properties went under agreement this week!
Among these were three singles (2 in the $500Ks and one in the $1m range). Eleven condos went under agreement (1 in the $200Ks, 4 in the $300Ks, 2 in the $400Ks, 2 in the $500Ks, 1 in the $600Ks and 1 in the $800Ks). One multi-family in the $500Ks went under agreement.

Eight Condos New to Market
These properties are located in the Porter Square, East Cambridge, Central Square, Harvard Square, Inman Square and West Cambridge neighborhoods. They range from $215,000 for a top-floor two-room studio in Porter Square to $449,900 for a renovated 1-bedroom with barking in West Cambridge.

One Multi-Family New to Market
This house is an oversized side-by-side two-family (5BR/5BR) with ample parking in Inman Square for $650,000.

Twenty-Two Properties went Under Agreement!
These were 1 single-family, 19 condos and 2 multi-families.

One Condominium New to Market
There was only one condo that was new to market this week. It's a 2-bedroom unit in East Cambridge priced at $190,000.

Two Multi-Families New to Market
The first property is a side-by-side two-family (5BRs/5BRs) with ample parking near Inman Square for $650,000. The second is a three-family (3BRs/3BRs/3BRs) with three separate systems and garage parking in North Cambridge for $930,000.

Eight Properties Went Under Agreement
One was a single-family and seven were condos.
