Seven Single Family Listings New to Market
These homes are located in the North Cambridge, Riverside, Mid-Cambridge, Cambridgeport and West Cambridge neighborhoods. They range in price from $529,000 for a unique 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath with 3 parking spaces in North Cambridge to $1,250,000 for a 5-bedroom, 4-bath 1890's Colonial Revival home with parking and an au-pair suite in West Cambridge. Two of these are already under agreement!

Thirty-One Condominiums New to Market
These condos are in the Mid-Cambridge, Porter Square, West Cambridge, East Cambridge, Central Square, Cambridgeport, Harvard Square, Radcliffe, Lechmere, Kirkland Village, Agassiz and Avon Hill neighborhoods. They range from $179,000 for a tidy 280-square-foot studio in a Mid-Cambridge brick building to $1,800,000 for a two-level, 4-bedroom, 3-bath in an Avon Hill Victorian with parking. Three of these are already under agreement.

Four Multi-Family Houses New to Market

One of these is already under agreement.
